Amazing true to size beautiful piece

A really great experience with LuluandLime. I ordered the large orange ring for my wife but didn't look at how long it would take to arrive. I contacted them and explained that the delivery date was too late. The company got straight back to me and speeded up the making and delivery process so it arrived in time for my wife to wear it to a wedding we were going to for no extra charge. My second ring , it's absolutely gorgeous.

I first ordered a different variation of this necklace, but had to return it due to a noticeable rust/tarnish on the metal detailing. I never showered with the necklace, or wore it during exercise so I was unsure why this happened.

Kindly, the seller offered to help me out if I returned the necklace. However, there was an issue with postage, and the necklace didn't arrive back to the seller. I then ordered another necklace, without compensation from Royal Mail claim.
Second order has arrived (despite postage issue also) and is stunning. Throughout this all, the seller has kept amazing communication with me - which I am very grateful for. She has been kind and patient.

Ultimately lovely necklace, lovely seller. If only the first one I bought didn't stain/tarnish and I wasn't £40 down.
