Q: Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?
Yes — all our jewellery is hypoallergenic and made with sensitive skin in mind. We use nickel-free metals like antique silver, stainless steel and 925 silver.
Q: What materials do you use?
We use a range of materials including antique silver, antique bronze, polymer clay, gemstones, and colour-filled resin. All pieces are handmade.
Q: Can I request clip-on earrings?
Absolutely! Most of our earrings can be adapted to clip-ons. Just leave a note at checkout or contact us after placing your order.
Q: Do you offer custom colour options?
Yes — our colour-filled jewellery is available in 18 vibrant shades. If you don’t see your preferred colour on a product, just drop us a message.
Q: Where is your jewellery made?
Every piece is handmade in Yorkshire, UK — crafted with care and a love of bold design.
Q: Are your rings adjustable?
Our rings are fully adjustable and will fit most sizes, making them ideal for gifting or everyday wear without worrying about sizing.
Q: Do your necklaces come in different lengths?
Yes they do, if you don't see your required length get in touch with us
Q: How do I care for my jewellery?
To keep your jewellery looking its best, store it in a dry place and avoid contact with water, perfume, or lotions. Gently wipe with a soft cloth after wearing. We supply Polishing cloths with your order.
Q: Are your pieces waterproof?
Our jewellery is water-resistant but not waterproof. To extend the life of your pieces, we recommend removing them before washing, showering or swimming.
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — all our pieces come in branded eco-friendly packaging, perfect for gifting.
Customisation
Q: I want a design in a different colour — is that possible?
We offer 18 resin colours and can adapt where possible. Just drop us a message with what you're looking for.
Q: Do you make clip-on earrings?
We can adapt most earring styles to clip-ons. Add a note at checkout or message us and we’ll sort it for you — no extra charge.
Orders & Returns
Q: Can I change my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to make changes. Contact us as soon as possible.
Q: Do you accept returns?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging. Custom items are non-returnable unless faulty.
Q: What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us straight away with a photo of the damage and we’ll sort a replacement or refund.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
We usually dispatch orders within 1 - 3 working days depending on whether an item is in stock or needs to be made to order - you’ll be updated via email. UK items are sent 48 hr tracked and international 5 -7 days tracked. Need something for a certain date? - just get in touch and we will do our best.
Q: Will I be charged customs or import fees?
International customers may be charged duties or import taxes depending on their country. These are the buyer's responsibility.
Q: Can I place a bulk or wholesale order?
We occasionally accept wholesale or bulk orders for events, retail or gifting. Contact us directly with the details and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
