To clean your ring, buff with a soft cloth. Avoid contact with cleaning materials, perfume and cosmetics. Avoid submerging in water, not suitable to be worn when swimming in the pool or in the sea
Our rings are hand made at our workshop in Yorkshire. We ship worldwide and in stock items are dispatched usually with 2 days of order receipt. Custom and made to order items usually ship in 3 days.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Corky and Stoner is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number (if the tracking service has been selected) which you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Domestic orders
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact lesley@corkyandstoner.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Overseas orders
If you haven’t received your order within 28 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact lesley@corkyandstoner.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
